Hello, character Neos from H5 server suddenly drop to Lv.1 after death. Can you please solve this issue? Thanks.

Salutare, astazi ne-am adunat din toata alianta 2 party-uri full, sa mergem toti la instanta Freya extreme cold. Totul bine: intrat, facut prima Freya, apoi Glakias, apoi ultima Freya pana la jumatate HP, si dintr-o data ne-a scos din instanta pe toti. Cum nu aveam reuse la instanta, pentru ca nu am...

just made it 1 hour ago, with the quest retaken,still does not drop q item.

i allready have some q items, if i abort the quest and re-open i will lose those q items..

Update: just made freya normal, works fine but the quest item for "Freya Embroidered Soul Cloak" quest does not drop.

A doua zii dimineața a mers sa ma loghez, mai mult m-a deranjat ca nu am putut sa particip la TW, fiind logat doar pe un singur caracter. Am logat la TW spilerul.

salut, o mica problema se pare ca nu mai pot loga un cont deloc, imi tot spune ca character is allready in play sau asa ceva. mentionez ca pe alte conturi pot intra pe server, iar problema a aparut in momentul in care a inceput TW. este vorba de caracterul Nadi,si inca ceva, nu eram nici macar dual ...
