[H5] Toggle skill mana consumption

Hello,

I think that the formula for calculating mana consumption does not work properly.
I have Guard Stance enchanted for cost, which should consume about 3mp per seconds, which is 9mp per 3 seconds.
In fact, every 3 seconds it consumes around 50mp, which is way too much. After few seconds I'm out of mana.
Could you please take a look on that? It affects also other toggle skills.
