When you click on it, nothing happens. Looks like it's not scripted (however it should be pretty simple to be honest).
According to Official website, you should get from it random Fortune Box (Ruby Fortune Box, Opal Fortune Box, and so on).
Based on my knowledge (and tests) I can say, that those Fortune Boxes are not scripted as well.
Once that is fixed, it will be a good "alternative" to tarots gambling
