[FF][FIXED] RB drop

Hi Costy,
After update nothing changed regarding RB drop ... on shift mob it says Earth wirm ring x2 100% chance ... I kill it 3 times and no drop.

I've checked and it is 29% drop chance rate now instead 9%, so my change is working...
