Hello Admin ! i have Frintezza's Soul Fragment (20) but i don't complete quest receive Sealed cloak of Frintezza .no oder a custom-tailored cloak of Frintezza .can you check and fix please! thank you.

I fixed you quest state, somehow it has not passed to condition 2 to be able to exchange them.
