In lvl 10 it suppose to stun you for 5 seconds every 20 seconds and 100% land rate here land once in 5 minutes.

Link on what? He post about things from another reality ...skill lands ok on mobs. On player you need to consider your level...other player level and class, rezists etc. And if that "tank guy" is Duarda ...nothing will land on him ) And again ...if its about not landing on another player say like that: The skill was not landing on that player under these circumstances etc ... dont freaking say its not working like its a fact. Just saying
