[POW][FIXED] BONUS EXP BUG

the bug occurs when the sp is maxed
if the sp is maxed you stop gaining the bonus exp (i believe its from vitality)

tested it and after i reseted my skill points (it needs some sp to do it) my bonus exp was back again.

I did not found anything related with max sp, I will keep searching.

try killing a mob with max sp .
you will see it will say smt like 14561253312 exp earned etc
if u spend some sp and kill a mob
you will get the bonus
1235509094 exp bonus (1231241) exp
i have no idea why sp is related
but maybe it bugs the vitality bonuses?
i have no idea
