Fixed:

- Fixed symbol skills.
- Package sells should be excluded from off-line traders.
- Wrong teleport method when siege start/stop.
- When spawnlist hasn't day/night time spawns von hellman should be handled.
- Mass Resurrection effect, if both player and pet are dead only player is ressed.
- Minor fix on quests Bird In A Cage & That's Bloody Hot.
- Quest Orc Hunting missing html.
- Clan hall: Mental Shield not showing buff icon.
- Error on lock npc in Tower of Naia.
- Missing despawn time in SummonNpc effect handler.
- Minor visual glitch that appears when you try to cast a ground type skill your toon is like jumping when u don't match requirements.


Updated:

- Reduced equipment price at gmshop.
- Skills rework:
- - Re-implemented signet skills handling.
- - Re-implemented fusion skills handling.
- - Implemented new effects group called channelingEffects which is applied as long as skill is casting.
- Quest Jumble, Tumble, Diamond Fuss to retail like.
- Quest Grim Collector to retail like.
- Reworked a bit PartyNotMe target handler.


Added:

- Added suport packs for starter chars up to D grade.
- Bot report button implementation.
- Missing skill for Secret Door Key.
- Retail like chance checks for Unsummon effect.
- SiegeStatus user command.(/siegestatus).
- AI's for all signet npc buffers.
- Territory War improvements.
