[H5] Skill Madness & Seal of Mirage

Hello!
I'm from Bulgaria, and I've been Overlord for 2 days on your server. I did not have much time for observations. I have a little lag and there is a delay in server responses, but I just note it. I'm not a problem with tis. However, I want to announce that all of my confusion skills (Madness & Seal of Mirage) do not work correctly. I know that these are PVE skills and some are not important, but I use them. They help me in bloody situations. Of the 100 casts of one of these spells, she has never sucsses...... they have no effect. The Unites do not deviate from me. In principle they must start to attack random. But that does not happen. I assume that the settings of these skills on the server are at a very low rate of success at the moment. I want to ask them to be fixed!
