I think it's more, even more than 20 minutes

I went on my soon to be an Eve Templer. and right now I have 2 Cubic's that I can use. I played for a long period of time and they never stopped. I believe as long as you have the spirit ore to Access them to be used then you have no worries.

with other words, can be 2 hours? like other buffs?

Exactly. When I buffed and was playing , leveling, & farming I ran out of buffs and went and buffed a second time and still had the Cubic's out from the first time. I think it was close to four hours before I stopped. and in all that time I never had to re'summon the Cubic's a second time.
